In an effort of modernizing Health care Services, The Northern Cape Department of Health is working on modernising the currently Telephone systems with the Call Centre’s. This includes the movement from an analogue based system to a complete   Digitized Call Centre Solution.

In this effort we have realized that some of the 112 and 10177 numbers or calls is not reaching our call centre agents. In the event that this happens we encourage the public to make use of the below mentioned number until Technical difficulties has been resolved. We have alternative numbers that the public can use in all the different districts.   

In Frances Baard, John Taolo Gaetsewe and Pixley Ka Seme districts the public can call 087 759 2154

In the Namakwa and ZFM districts the public can call 087 759 2153.

We are currently in the implementation phase of the system; a formal launch will be in June and a date will be announced soon. ENDS
